Specialization and Career History

Mr. Mlembe is a young and dynamic legal practitioner with 3 years’ experience in legal practice having worked with the Kinondoni Resident Magistrate Court where he worked as Resident Magistrate (trainee) and Tanzania Foods and Drugs Authority (TFDA). He later on joined Kings Law Chambers.

He graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam and gone through the Law school of Tanzania. He has wide experience on drafting different legal documents and opinions.

Before joining Neptune Law Attorneys as Legal Officer Mr. Mlembe worked with Mr. Makene an Advocate and Managing Partner for Kings Law Chambers holding different challenging positions.

Mr. Mlembe has attended the course arranged by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on the General Course    of Intellectual Property in 2007.

Mr. Mlembe is specializing in investment law, conveyance and international trade and finance.

Mr. Mlembe has been part of the team of lawyers who did review     of customers accounts (whether they abide with the Money Laundry and Terrorism Rules and Regulations) at CITI Bank Tanzania Limited as directed by the Bank of Tanzania (B.O.T).
