Mr. Stephen Mosha - Managing Partner

Mr. Mosha graduated from the University of Dar es salaam in 2008. He worked with Judiciary at Mufindi District court as a Resident Magistrate (trainee) from July 2008 to January 2009. Later he joined the Law School of Tanzania in December 2009. He worked at Temeke District court as a Resident Magistrate (Trainee) for three months from April to June 2010. He joined the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) in June 2010 to September 2010. He was admitted to the Tanzania bar as an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and joined his fellow advocate and established a law firm known as Neptune Law Attorneys where he is a managing partner to date.

 In his three years of experience in the above institutions and Neptune Law Attorneys respectively, Mr. Mosha has handled a wide range of assignments including preparation of legal opinions, conducting due diligence inquiries, perfecting security documents, debt recoveries, etc. He also attended sessions In the District Courts, Resident Magistrates Courts and the High Court as well as statutory and arbitral tribunals. He acts for various companies, and other corporate clients. He has registered different companies as per the attachment to this profile

In his legal career Mr. Mosha has taken up high level administrative positions in the institutions he has worked with which has enhanced his skills in administration and management of legal offices.

In his practical training at the NSSF Mr. Mosha had enough experience on, apart from other normal day to day activities, the debt collection as he was a member of a special task force formulated by the company for the Temeke NSSF region to collect debts from hardcore defaulters from May to June 2011 and exceeded the targeted goal.

Mr. Mosha has attended the following course:-

In September 2007 he attended a course organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and he was granted a certificate of the General Course of Intellectual Property Law after successfully attending the course.

He is currently serving as Managing Partner at Neptune Law Attorneys. He is a contact person for corporate matters, conveyance, Insurance, international trade and finance, Labour Relations, banking and litigation matters. He has expertise in Enforcement of decrees.

Mr. Mosha is member of Tanganyika and the East Africa Law Societies.

Mr. Mosha is also one of the founder members of the Tanzania Environmental Education Network (TEEN) an environmental organization in Dar es Salaam found by Universities graduates from various fields in 2008.
