Mr Rajab J. Mdee - Associate Partner

 

Specialization and Career History

He graduated from the University of Dar es salaam in June 2008. Thereafter he joined the Law School of Tanzania in August 2008. During his time at the Law school he went through practical training at the Attorney General’s Chambers Dar es Salaam zone where he worked as the State Attorney (trainee) from November to December 2008, he thereafter joined Law Castles, a law firm based in Dar es Salaam where he worked as a Legal Officer (trainee).

He later on joined Law Castles (a law firm based in Dar es Salaam) and worked as a legal officer for one year where he was exposed to the legal practice covering a diversity of areas.

In June 2010, he joined other lawyers to establish a law office namely Neptune Law Attorneys and worked as legal officer. While at the law office Mr. Mdee was admitted to the Tanzania bar as an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. Mr. Mdee handed a number of legal issues while in the above different institutions.

Mr. Mdee has attended the course arranged by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on the general course of intellectual property in 2007.

Mr. Mdee is advising corporate clients on among other things competition, merger and acquisition and labour relations issues.

Mr. Mdee is currently a Partner for Neptune Law Attorneys.

He is a member of Tanganyika and East Africa Law Society.
