Mr Emanuel W. Kessy - Associate Partner

Mr. Kessy holds an LL.B Degree (Hons ‘2008’) from the University of Dar es Salaam and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.

He worked as an advocate for various highly reputable firms in Dar es Salaam including Makoa Law Chamber before joining our Firm. His areas of practice include Taxation, Insolvency, Banking, Corporate, Project and Project Finance, Probate and Administration of Estate, Litigation, Labor matters, Capita Market and Securities. Mr. Kessy is a member of Tanganyika Law Society and East African Law Society.
